Nice flat with bright and peaceful location despite being 10 min from Gare du Nord and in the heart of a lovely neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and great food places to shop.
The flat itself is fitted with good quality fixtures and fittings, bedding is very comfortable too.

outre le fait qu’il s’agissait d’un appartement très bien situé avec une hauteur sous plafond de dingue (dépassant les 4m), il était très agréable d’avoir une place de stationnement (attention il faut maîtriser l’entrée très étroite). l’emplacement est parfait pour tout faire à pied ou métro. rien à redire. enfin, je souligne la réactivité de l’hôte qui nous a informé d’un dégât des eaux avant notre venue. Le résultat était le retrait des parquet abîmé. quand je leur ai demandé de mettre autre chose, ils ont été extrêmement réactif et ont mis un tapis avant notre arrivée. on peut pas rêver plus réactif.
encore merci. notre famille a passé un très bon réveillon de Noël grâce à vous

We stayed here for nearly a week and loved it. Great location that’s not too touristy and makes for great walks. We really loved how quiet the place is in the evenings, and found it great for sleeping in after a late night and full days of walking. The kitchen is small but easy to use, and the shower is heavenly. We’d definitely come back here.

Cool loft-style apartment with small but good kitchen, chill area, stylish furniture and comfy bed rooms. Bathroom is small but quite new, nothing smelling and amazing shower. For 4 persons, the app is big enough, for 6 it will be pretty crowded.
Lively area, but the app itself was very quit.
Check in and provided information was 100% correct and very professional.

Loved staying at this apartment. Conveniently located near train and mero stations as well as near a commercial street where you can find everything you need for your stay (Cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.). Also, scooter stand is right next to the apartment which was very convenient.
Experience with the hosts was also amazing. Really appreciate them letting us keep the luggage in the apartment for sometime after the checkout time.
Apartment was clean, well lit, and had all the necessary items to make your stay comfortable.

Very trendy apartment with some nice details. All you need is in the apartment. Enough plates and cups, clean bathroom and 2 awesome double beds. There is also a couch for 2 persons. The neighborhood is very upcoming with mostly French natives in hip bars and lunch rooms. Great for wine and dine. All good shopping areas are a 10 min bike ride away.

A very stylish place in a great location. Lots of bars and restaurants, especially during the week. Most closed on Sunday though. Best metro to arrive at night is bonne nouvelle. Communication was very diligent, although we didn’t see anyone. We had issues with no hot water nor heating on arrival that was disappointing as we were arriving with kids from a long trip in October; still it was resolved the next day. We asked for a later checkout for bags and kids handling even when the flat was empty but it was not possible nor even an option. They instead suggested to leave bags in their office 15 min drive away, but we didn’t take it as it was inconvenient specially with kids. I will still go back; but don’t expect any special treats.
